Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job transfers on employee morale, the influence of organizational culture on employees, and to determine the influence of job transfers and organizational culture together on employee morale at PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The place of research was PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang, Brebes Regency. The research subjects were all permanent employees of PT Selim Brebes spread across three divisions, namely the production, supporting and feeding divisions, totaling 124 employees. The sample was taken at 0.5% of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multiple linear regression tests. This research shows the findings that work transfers have a positive effect on employee morale, work culture has a positive effect on employee work morale, work transfers and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on employee work morale at PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang, Brebes Regency.
