This study aims to determine the effect of communication on employee performance, determine the influence of education on employee performance, and find out the influence of communication and education together on employee performance at PT SMJ. This study is a descriptive quantitative study. The research site was conducted at PT SMJ, Brebes Regency. The subjects of the study were all employees at PT SMJ. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reality tests, normality tests. multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linier regression test. This study shows the findings that communication is always carried out in a company to achieve the goals set by the company, communication is also very important to be carried out in the process of working with the aim of motivating employees, providing direction from each department, and providing guidance or training for each employee. The level of education will have an impact on the understanding, knowledge, innovation and creativity of employees in working to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the company. Communication and education levels have effectiveness in achieving work goals, because employees will maximize their ability to work to achieve the goals that have been set
