Pengaruh Kerja Sama Tim dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Departemen Produksi Plant Assembly PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang Kabupaten Brebes

Abstract

The role of employees is crucial in determining the success of the company. It is routinely necessary to evaluate the performance of each employee to ensure that they have carried out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the expectations that have been set. This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork on employee performance in the plant assembly production department of PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang, determine the influence of work discipline on employee performance in the plant assembly production department of PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang, and determine the influence of teamwork and work discipline together on the performance of PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang employees. This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of the study were all employees of PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang assembly section. Data collection techniques use observations that are carried out descriptively. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Next, the data are tested with classical assumptions. Data analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found findings about teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, seen from employee motivation, innovation and creativity of employees in completing work and appropriateness of time in completing work, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, seen from the arrival of employees during working hours, simultaneously cooperation and work discipline affect the performance of employees of the assembly section of PT BIG Judging from the care and reward from the company.
