Pengaruh Strategi Penanganan dan Pengawasan Pembiayaan Bermasalah terhadap Pengembalian Pembiayaan (Studi Kasus pada KSPPS BMT Mitra Husnul Aulia Sejahtera Ciledug)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of handling strategies on financing returns on financing returns at KSPPS BMT Mitra Husnul Aulia Sejahtera, Ciledug. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of case study research is supported by a survey. The population of this study is all customers at KSPPS BMT Mitra Husnul Aulia Sejahtera Ciledug, Cirebon Regency totaling 2000 people. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% obtained by 95 respondents. Data in the form of primary data in the form of questionnaire instruments. Data analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained a handling strategy that had a positive and significant effect on the return of financing at KSPPS BMT MHAS; supervision of problematic financing has a positive and significant effect on the return of financing at KSPPS BMT MHAS; and strategies for handling and supervising problematic financing together affect customer financing returns at KSPPS BMT MHAS. The variable ability of financing handling and supervision strategies in this study affects customer financing returns by 62.90%, while the remaining 37.10% is explained by other variables.
