Pengaruh Komunikasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Griya Satria Mandiri

This study aims to analyze the influence of communication, leadership style, and work environment on employee performance at PT Griya Satria Mandiri. The main issue faced by the company is the decline in employee performance (GSM), which is suspected to be influenced by internal factors such as ineffective communication, inconsistent leadership style, and an unfavorable work environment. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to company employees. The subjects of this study are all employees of PT GSM, while the objects of the study are the influence of communication, leadership style, and work environment on employee performance. The research population consists of 46 employees, and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total sample of 46 employees. The results show that Communication has a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a t-value (2.527) greater than the t-table (1.681) and a significance value (0.018) less than 0.05. Leadership style also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value (6.083) greater than the t-table (1.681) and a significance value (0.000) less than 0.05. Meanwhile, work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance, indicated by a t-value (0.171) smaller than the t-table (1.681) and a significance value (0.863) greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, communication, leadership style, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance with an F-value (49.518) greater than the F-table (3.200) and a significance value (0.000) less than 0.05. This study provides important contributions to the management of PT GSM in efforts to improve employee performance through enhancements in communication and leadership style.
