This study aims to test and measure how large the percentage and analyze the influence of promotion on consumer satisfaction at the Mayga Sidate Department Store, Larangan District, Brebes Regency, to test and measure how large the percentage and analyze the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Mayga Sidate Department Store, Larangan District, Brebes Regency, to test and measure how large the percentage is and analyze the influence of price on consumer satisfaction Mayga Sidate Department Store, Larangan District, Brebes Regency, to test and measure how large the percentage and analyze the influence of promotion, service quality, and price on consumer satisfaction at Mayga Sidate Department Store, Larangan District, Brebes Regency. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. This study has a population of 12,068 by sampling 99 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that H1: promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Mayga Sidate Department Store with a t-count value of 2,066 > 1,661 and a significant value of 0.042 < 0.05; H2: service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Mayga Sidate Department Store with a t-count value of 2,051 > 1,661 and a significant value of 0.031 < 0.05; H3: price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction satisfaction of Mayga Sidate Department Store with a t-count value of 5,270 > 1,661 and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05; H4: service quality, prices and promotions through social media simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Mayga Sidate Department Store with a value of F calculated > F table (20,626 > 2,697) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.
