Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction with Teh Botol Sosro products. The approach used in this research is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaire forms via our social media platforms. The number of respondents tested was 86, determined using the Slovin formula with a total population of 344, so the sample required was 86 for testing using SPSS. Testing involved validity, reliability and classical assumption tests which included linearity, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Next, in the multiple regression analysis, the t test and F test were carried out. The research results showed positive results for all tests, indicating that the variables product quality and price are interconnected and have an influence in accordance with our research findings regarding product quality and price on customer satisfaction of Teh Botol Sosro products.
