<p><em>Candi Hotel Building is one of the developing areas in Semarang Regency. It is necessary to pay attention to the hydrological problems that may occur because this area was originally a water catchment area, so it requires good planning for its drainage system. For this reason, a zero delta run off concept will be planned with eco-drainage technology, so as not to increase the drainage load towards the outlet. 3 drainage system scenarios were tried in this study, scenario 1 (conventional drainage channel), scenario 2 (drainage channel with retention pond), scenario 3 (drainage channel with bioretention), With a reference flood discharge 5 years before the area was built of 0.740 m3/second, of the 3 scenarios studied there are 2 scenarios that meet the zero delta run off concept, namely scenario 2 and scenario 3 with a 5-year flood discharge that can be accommodated entirely with eco-drainage technology so that there is no flood discharge towards the outlet</em>.</p>Muhammad TaufiqAbdul KhamidIkwanudin
