The purpose of this study was to conduct an investment feasibility analysis of housing development projects in Taman Amartha Brebes Housing. That the project can generate positive returns over the specified investment period. Feasibility study and financial analysis using Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Break Even Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP) methods. Data is obtained from housing development projects, including the area of land to be built, total investment, and technical information related to house construction. Land use planning for housing development projects is legally feasible by following applicable local regulations. With the area of land to be built meets the permissible standard, which is 70% of the total land area. Total housing investment is IDR 16,650,898,192.26.The construction of houses is technically feasible by following the standards in SNI, as well as building planning that follows the concept of Earthquake Resistant People's House Building (BARRATAGA). On investment feasibility it is feasible with an investment analysis with an investment period of 24 months. The NPV value obtained is IDR 8,131,901,942.50 which is greater than zero. The IRR calculation result obtained has a value of 31.67%, which is greater than the specified MARR of 8%. Then the project has obtained a break-even point of expenditure after selling 20 units within a period of 20 months, with a profit of IDR 1,326,049,139.39.
