Analisis Tingkat Kerusakan Jalan dengan Metode Bina Marga pada Ruas Jalan Timbangreja---Sangkanjaya Sta 0+000 Sd Sta 1+000 Kab. Tegal

Abstract

The Timbangreja-Sangkanjaya road in Tegal Regency is a critical infrastructure connecting rural areas with agricultural, mining, and tourist areas. However, the road is experiencing various forms of serious damage, such as cracks, potholes, uneven surfaces, and a suboptimal drainage system, negatively impacting transportation and economic activity. This study aims to analyze the level of road damage on this section using the Bina Marga method. This method evaluates road pavement conditions based on the type, extent, and severity of damage, and considers Average Daily Traffic (ADR) data to determine treatment priorities. The study was conducted through field surveys, damage documentation, and calculation of the Road Condition Index (IKJ). The results indicate that the Timbangreja-Sangkanjaya road is in severe damage, with an IKJ score of 31.85. Based on these results, the recommended treatment is regular maintenance to maintain optimal road function. These findings can be used as a basis for consideration in road maintenance planning by relevant agencies in an effective and efficient manner.
