Pengendalian Biaya dan Waktu pada Proyek Pembangunan Factory 2 PT Hoga Reksa Garmen di Wilayah Garut (Studi Kasus pada Lantai 1 dan Mezanine)

Abstract

This research will explore the relationship between time and cost most efficiently, with the aim of ensuring that work can be completed on time or even faster, while still considering the most optimal cost. The method used in this study is Time Cost Trade Off Analysis, which will help in identifying the right acceleration strategy to achieve the desired results within the allotted time frame and budget. The research was carried out at PT Hoga Reksa Garment located on Jalan Raya Leles Km 13, Haruman, Leles District, Garut Regency, West Java 44152, starting Thursday, January 16 to March 22, 2023. The object of this study is PT Hoga Reksa Garment Garment. The data required for this study includes the Cost Budget Plan (RAB), project time schedule (time schedule), weekly project progress (weekly progress), and weekly project reports. The results of the study found that there were deviations in the cost and time that occurred in the garment construction project, namely in terms of time there was a delay of 10 days from the planned schedule, while in terms of costs there was a cost overrun of Rp. 195,972,604.63 from the budget plan. Time deviations occur due to troubel or damage to the atal loader so that the foundry experiences delays or setbacks from the plan. Meanwhile, the deviation from costs occurred due to swelling expenses in week 19 and week 20 due to the operation of the foundry in the batching plan using dump trucks and excavators as a substitute for loaders which caused cost expenditures not in accordance with the progress that should have been achieved. The amount of cost and time needed to complete the 1st floor garment and meznine construction project in Leles District, Garut Regency takes 244 days and costs Rp. 73,603,184,560.
