Antibacterials are compounds used to control the growth of harmful bacteria. Control of the growth of microorganisms aims to prevent the spread of disease and infection, eradicate microorganisms in infected hosts, and prevent spoilage and destruction of materials by microorganisms. Antibacterial activity test was carried out using well diffusion and paper disk diffusion methods. Observations obtained were whether there was a clear area formed around the disc paper which indicated an inhibition zone on bacterial growth. In each experiment, it was found that there were differences in the diameter of the clear zone in each isolate. The difference in diameter is an indicator of the ability of antibiotics to inhibit microorganisms based on the concentration of the antibiotic compound solution made. The diameter of the inhibition zone is an indicator of the sensitivity of bacteria to antibacterial substances.
