Abstract

Manpower is a special problem for construction companies, because of the large number of workers available, companies need to be selective in choosing workers. Factors affecting project productivity are classified into four main categories, namely: a) Method and technology, consisting of factors: engineering design, construction method, work sequence, work measurement, b) field management, consisting of factors: planning and scheduling, field layout, field, material management, equipment management, labor management, c) work environment, consisting of factors: work safety, physical environment,  quality of supervision, job security, job training, participation, d) human factors, wage level of workers, job satisfaction, profit sharing, foreman-worker labor relations. The method used in this study is a descriptive quantitative method, namely by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly while secondary data is data obtained from project agencies. This research was conducted on an ongoing construction project at SD Negeri Sigambir 02 Brebes. The large level of labor productivity in masonry work in the construction project of SD Negeri Sigambir 02 Brebes is quite satisfactory because the average productivity ranges from 80.43% - 85.59% or more than 50%. Factors that affect work productivity are age, work experience, education level, wage suitability, number of family dependents, and relationships between workers. While factors that do not affect productivity are health, managerial and work composition.
