Every construction project implementation certainly expects that the project can be carried out properly, where the level of success of a project can be seen from the completed project that meets the desired specifications, the project can be completed on time, cost efficiency, safety and health are guaranteed. However, various failures in the implementation of a construction project often occur, where the main benchmark is the opposite of the four factors above. However, there are several factors that are still overlooked by construction actors. One of these factors is occupational safety and health. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is often ignored, because it is considered a waste of time, moreover, it incurs considerable costs for (K3). From the results of the study it can be concluded that the K3 cost amounted to Rp. 633,143,500 and the contract cost was Rp. 120,000,000,000 so the cost presentation was 5.27% of the contract value. Meanwhile, according to the General Directorate of Construction of the Ministry of PUPR, the K3 cost budget is 1.5% of the contract value.
