This study aims to determine the influence of professional competence and learning motivation on student learning creativity. The influence of professional competence on student learning creativity, the influence of learning motivation on student learning creativity, the influence of professional competence and learning motivation together on student learning creativity. This study uses quantitative descriptive with explanatory research method is a research method that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and the influence between one variable and another. The sampling technique with the census method means that all populations are used as research samples. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire instruments. Data analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained a significance value (Sig) of professional competence variables of 0.009 and learning motivation of 0.01 < Sig. values of 0.05, which means that there is an influence of professional competence variables on student learning creativity and the influence of learning motivation variables on student learning creativity. The F value of the table is 25,355 > from F count 3.05, then professional competence and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on student learning creativity. The variable ability of professional competence and learning motivation in this study affects student learning creativity by 67.90%, while the remaining 67.90% is explained by other variables.
