Pelatihan Kerajinan Manik-Manik dan Edukasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Pemahaman Siswa SD Badak

Abstract

Badak Village, Belik District, Pemalang Regency, has great potential in the development of the creative economy and tourism villages. However, the majority of MSMEs are still traditional with limited innovation and product sales value. This condition indicates the need to instill an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age so that the younger generation can contribute to the development of regional potential. This study aims to improve the understanding of elementary school students through bead craft training and entrepreneurship education with a participatory method in the form of material presentation, manufacturing practice, mentoring, and evaluation of results for 40 days. The results of the activity showed high student enthusiasm in producing creative works and an increased understanding of the importance of creativity, innovation, and future business opportunities. Thus, bead craft training combined with entrepreneurship education has proven effective in improving student understanding and is a strategic step to support the vision of Badak Village as a creative economy-based tourism village.
