Sosialisasi Penerapan Manajemen Produksi pada UMKM di Desa Kaliwlingi

Abstract

Training on the application of production management to MSMEs in Kaliwlingi Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency, aims to help companies achieve success both now and in the future. The focus of this training is on salt production business in Kaliwlingi Village. The methods applied include observation, processing, training, and evaluation. The first stage was observation carried out with the Muhadi Setiabudi University Service Team, Village Government, Karang Taruna, and the local community. Through this collaboration, surveys and direct observations were carried out at salt business locations, using interview methods and field surveys to understand the salt production process in depth. The second stage involved salt processing in Kaliwlingi Village, where the team saw and assisted in the salt production process. By understanding the production process directly, it is expected that MSMEs can improve the efficiency and quality of their production. The third stage is training in the application of production management. This training aims to help MSMEs utilize production more effectively according to their needs and desires. Thus, MSME players in the salt sector can understand and implement the concept of production management better. The conclusion of this Community Service (PkM) activity is that the training on the application of production management has been successfully carried out well. It is hoped that this can have a positive impact on the development of MSMEs, especially in the salt production sector in Kaliwlingi Village.
