This community service aims to find solutions to the problem of decreasing sales turnover faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kaliwlingi Village through diversification of mangrove batik products. Kaliwlingi Village, as a rural entity, faces economic challenges that require innovation in products and marketing to improve the welfare of MSME actors. In this context, this community service focuses on developing mangrove batik as an alternative product diversification that not only has artistic value, but also has a positive impact on the local mangrove environment. The implementation method involves identifying local potential, training in mangrove batik making techniques, as well as assistance in marketing strategies and product quality improvement. The results of this service include increasing the skills and knowledge of MSME actors related to mangrove batik, as well as increasing sales turnover through local and online marketing. The implementation of mangrove batik diversification also contributes to the preservation of the mangrove environment in Kaliwlingi Village. Good collaboration between MSME actors, village governments, educational institutions, and local communities is an important factor in the success of this program. In conclusion, this community service not only aims to provide short-term economic solutions, but also supports environmental sustainability and the development of skills and competitiveness of MSME actors. This success is expected to be an inspiration for similar villages in facing economic challenges and environmental conservation, especially in Kaliwlingi Village.
