Pengaruh Kompetensi Karyawan, Efikasi Diri dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Gedung A PT BIG Kabupaten Brebes)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of employee competence on employee performance, self-efficacy on employee performance, career development on employee performance, employee competence, self-efficacy and career development together on employee performance in Building A PT BIG, Brebes Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of research is an empirical study supported by a survey. The population in this study is all employees of the production department in Building A PT BIG, Brebes Regency amounting to 1126 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin formula with a margin error of 10% obtained by 92 respondents. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire instrument. The results of the study showed that employee competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Building A PT BIG Brebes Regency with a t-value of employee competency calculation (X1) > t table (3,286 > 1.98729) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05; self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Building A PT BIG Brebes Regency with a t-value calculated self-efficacy (X2) > t table (3,155 > 1.98729) and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05; career development affect employee performance in Building A PT BIG Brebes Regency with a value of t calculation of career development (X3) > t table (11,650 > 1.98729) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; employee competence, self-efficacy, and career development together affect employee performance in Building A PT BIG Brebes Regency with a value of F table > F calculation = 144,283 > 2.48 at a significance level of 0.05.
