Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Andesen Jaya Plastik Kabupaten Brebes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, competence on employee performance, work environment, work motivation and competence together on employee performance at PT Andesen Jaya Plastik Brebes Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of research is an empirical study supported by a survey. The population in this study is all employees of the production department at PT Andesen Jaya Plastik, Brebes Regency, totaling 215 people. The sampling technique in this study used 25% of the total population obtained by 54 respondents. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire instrument. The results of the study showed that the work environment had an effect on employee performance at PT Andesen Jaya Plastik, Brebes Regency with a t-value of the work environment (X1) > t table (3,523 > 2.00856) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05; service work motivation affects employee performance at PT Andesen Jaya Plastik, Brebes Regency with a t-value of work motivation (X2) > t table (2.302 > 2.00856) and a significance value of 0.026 < 0.05; competence affects employee performance at PT Andesen Jaya Plastik, Brebes Regency with a t-value of competency calculation (X3) > t table (4.986 > 2.00856) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; work environment, work motivation, and competence together affect employee performance at PT Andesen Jaya Plastik, Brebes Regency, F value > table F calculation = 30,677 > 2.56 at a significance level of 0.05.
