This study aims to determine the influence of public service quality on community satisfaction, organizational communication on community satisfaction, work culture on community satisfaction, public service quality, organizational communication and work culture together on community satisfaction in Blubuk Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of research is an empirical study supported by a survey. The population in this study is all residents in Blubuk Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency totaling 3256 people. The sampling technique in this study with the Slovin formula margin error of 10% was obtained by 96 respondents. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire instrument. The results showed that the quality of public services had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Blubuk Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency with a t value of public service quality (X1) > t table (11,286 > 1.98580 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; organizational communication had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Blubuk Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency with a t value of organizational communication (X2) > t table ( 2,000 > 1.98580) and a significance value of 0.048 < 0.05; work culture has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in Blubuk Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency with a t-value of work culture (X3) > t table (2.878 > 1.98580) and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05; the quality of public services, organizational communication and work culture together affect community satisfaction in Blubuk Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency with the F value of table > F calculation = 48,376 > 2.47 at a significance level of 0.05; The contribution of the variables of public service quality, organizational communication, and work culture to community satisfaction in Blubuk Village, Losari District, Brebes Regency was 59.90%, while the remaining 40.10% (1 – 0.599) was explained by other variables other than the independent variables in the study.
