Abstract

Scientific publication is one of the key indicators in developing students’ academic competencies, particularly in the context of community service. However, many students face challenges in writing journal articles that meet scientific standards and publication ethics. This training aims to enhance students’ abilities in preparing community service journal articles through practical and strategic approaches. The training activities include topics on the structure of scientific articles, effective writing techniques, data organization and analysis, as well as the procedures for submitting articles to accredited journals. Methods employed include interactive lectures, case studies, writing simulations, and group discussions. The expected outcomes are improved student understanding of the scientific publication process, the ability to write systematic articles, and readiness to submit scholarly works to community service journals. This training is anticipated not only to improve publication quality but also to foster a sustainable culture of research and community service among students.
